Assinatura
A forma de contratação do TaticView é através de assinatura mensal. As assinaturas são gerenciadas através do Painel de Controle através das opções:
O Taticview possui uma assinatura free, por tempo indeterminado, com todas suas funcionalidades, que disponibiliza a seguinte configuração inicial:
- Arquivos de dados: 2
- Quantidade de registros: 50.000
- Compartilhamentos enviados: 5
- Compartilhamentos recebidos: 3
Para ampliar esses recursos você precisa contratar uma assinatura mensal, pré-paga, que é calculada em créditos, a partir da configuração desejada.
Com funcionamento semelhante a um celular pré-pago os créditos são comprados em pacotes e usados para pagar a sua assinatura mensal.
Na tela de Configuração da assinatura você configura os recursos de acordo com suas necessidades e saberá o valor mensal em créditos e o valor financeiro mensal baseado no preço atual do crédito.
É necessário comprar um pacote de créditos que contemple pelo menos um mês de assinatura. Quanto maior o pacote de créditos mais bônus você terá.
Renovação Mensal
The renewal of the subscription is done monthly and will be automatic if you have enough credits. If at the time of the renewal there is not enough credits for another month, you will be notified via email. If five days after there is no credit enough to renew, you will be downgraded to the free subscription. Your data will not be lost, but the dashboards will not work until you adapt your subscription to the conditions of the free signature.
Configuration change
If your configuration is above or below your need you can change it at any time for more or less. Every time the setting is changed there will be a pro-rata refund of unused credits, a new calculation will be made and a new monthly subscription period starts.
Purchase Credits
Credits are paid via ticket and the signature confirmation will be sent to your email. If you do not receive the ticket by email, you can get it through the Control Panel. Tickets not paid until expire date will be due, as well as the corresponding credits. A new credit purchase request must be made on Credits page. After the identification of the payment by Taticview, credits are approved for use and an invoice service will be issued and sent by email. A statement with all your credit transactions is available for consultation in the Transactions page.
