Collected data
For a Natural Person to be considered a TaticView User, he must, necessarily and consciously, provide the following personal data: (1) full name; (2) e-mail address; (3) country; (4) preferred language; and (5) your company name.
Additionally, if the User is a Natural Person and needs to buy credits to use the paid version of TaticView, he must inform his data for collection: (1) full name; (2) Id Code; (3) full billing address; (4) name printed on the credit card; (5) credit card number; (6) credit card validity; and (7) CVV (card verification code). Fields 4, 5, 6 and 7, immediately above, are requested only when the User chooses to pay credits by credit card and these fields are never stored by TaticView.
As SADIG is unable to confirm who the person is registering, it is not responsible for the information entered by Users in the TaticView registration and / or subscription process.
SADIG does not knowingly collect Personal Information from users who are under 18 years of age and does not intentionally collect data from them.
During the Registration Process for creating a user account, SADIG requests some personal information, such as your e-mail and a password, which will be used solely for the purpose of providing access to your user account. Your name and email address will be used to inform you regarding new services, releases, upcoming events and changes in the Privacy Policy and/or Terms of Use.
Eventually SADIG will have access to third party data, provided by you, as part of some function present in TaticView. This data can include names, e-mail addresses and others. These data will only be used to meet your needs as expressed and as part of the services provided by SADIG, on TaticView. Except for card operators, which request information from your credit card for approval of the credit purchase operation, SADIG does not disclose or share information about the User, and third parties, with anyone, nor does it use it in any type of promotion or disclosure or other purpose beyond those expressed to you. When you choose the option to share content or refer a friend to the website, we ask for your email and name data only to send, once, an informative email.
SADIG stores and maintains files, documents, emails and other information from your user account at safe servers. In order to prevent loss of data due to errors or system failures, SADIG also keeps backup copies of data including the contents of your user account. Hence your files and data may remain on our servers for some days after deletion or termination of your user account. SADIG assures you that the contents of your user account will not be disclosed to anyone and will not be accessible even to SADIG employees except in circumstances specifically mentioned in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Services. SADIG also does not process the contents of your user account for serving targeted advertisements.

3. What does SADIG want with its Privacy Policy?

4. How does SADIG capture users' personal data?

· If You choose to use the social network Facebook to perform your identification in the process of signing up for TaticView services, we point out that Facebook can share your information already in your (Facebook) power, only if you allow it.

These practices are designed to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration of data, including methodologies and tools such as firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to data centers, and authorization controls to the access of information.
8. What rights do the TaticView Users have?
· Ask SADIG to remove you from email marketing relationships, so that you, the user, stop communicating about events and promotions.
· Disable Cookies if your browser or add-on allows. With the exception in cases where Cookies are necessary to assure the quality of the provision of TaticView services. Refusing Cookies may interfere with the use of these services.
· Review and edit your personal information at any time by accessing your account and profile.
· Through your access, informing username and password, request the cancellation of your subscription and the deletion of your data, which will be carried out immediately by TaticView itself.
· Confirm the existence of personal data processing, at the request of the User, to our service center, through the e-mail privacy@taticvew.com, when it will grant the confirmation of the existence of personal data treatment, under the terms of the legislation applicable, which may be carried out, depending on the complexity of the request, (1) immediately and simply, or (2) within 15 (fifteen) business days, counted from the User's request, in more detail.
