When the limits of a subscription are exceeded, all operations on the data are blocked. As soon as this occurs, you will not be able to run your dashboards, create new dashboards, import new data, share dashboards, and more.
To release operations on the data, you must tailor the resources used to your current subscription, either by hiring more resources or by removing information (data files, dashboards, etc).
You can check which feature has exceeded your subscription limit by going to the More details screen from Control Panel.
This can also occur if you customize your subscription by lowering the contracted resources, or when your subscription is downgraded to the Free account. In both cases, if you are using features beyond those available, operations on the data will be blocked.
You will always be advised when this happens so that you can decide on the best alternative to re-enjoy all the features of TaticView.
