Solving blocked dashboards

There are some reasons that can block a dashboard execution, here we will help to solve them.

The dashboard owner has TaticView subscription problems

This can happen when you are trying to execute a dashboard created by other user, that is, a dashboard shared with you. In this case, the TaticView account of the dashboard creator has subscription problems. The solution depends of the this user actions, you need to contact him, warning him about the problem, so him can fix his subscription problems. The message show the dashboard owner email to help you to know who needs to be contacted.

Dashboard is being edited

This happens when you are trying to execute a dashboard while other user is editing it, when this user endes the edit procedure the dashboard will be available for execution again.

You are using resources that exceed your TaticView subscription
