Após ter adquirido créditos, você poderá configurar sua assinatura de acordo com sua necessidade de uso.

To configure the subscription, you must access the Set up your subscription option in the Control Panel. The following screen will be displayed:

In the Current column the current configuration of your TaticView account is displayed.

To customize some feature, simply select the desired amount for each feature in the New column. You must have a balance of credits to complete at least a month of subscription to subscribe or change your subscription. If you do not have enough credits to sign on to a certain configuration, an alert message will appear. Just like the button to Buy credits.

Please note that if you have any additional temporary features, customizing your subscription will result in the loss of this feature. Additional features are not shared between subscriptions.

When customizing a feature, the monthly cost of this setting will be displayed.

Also, in this screen there is other information such as the current value of the credit, and your current balance in credits.

You can also change your subscription at any time, by hiring more resources or by reducing the contracted resources. Each change will generate a new subscription and unused credits in the current subscription will be returned through pro-rata calculation.

If you want to reuse TaticView with a Free subscription, simply set the features to the minimum values ​​available. However, remaining credits will not be returned.

If you have any temporary additional features, the Additional column will appear with the extra amount you currently own.
