Compartilhar Painéis (dashboards)

Funcionalidade que permite que você organize, controle, filtre e distribua suas informações com segurança, praticidade em maravilhosos dashboards.

Utilizando permissões é possível criar um único dashboard com toda informação necessária e compartilhar com cada usuário apenas o que eles precisam ver.

Criando um novo compartilhamento

• Selecione a opção Compartilhar dashboards do Menu (Lateral) na Página Principal;

• na tela Dashboards compartilhados, selecione a opção Adicionar dashboard;

• Selecione na lista o dashboard a ser compartilhado;

• Preencha o Nome, E-mail, Permissão de escrita e as Filtros para os usuários e clique em Ok;

Editando um compartilhamento

• Select the Share dashboards option from the Menu (Sidebar) in the Main Page;

• In the Shared dashboards list, select the dashboard share you want to edit and choose the Edit option ;

• A screen with the current status of the shares will be shown. Here it is possible to see the users that you already shared the dashboard and check related information like the Share status, Write permission and Filters set. To add a new user, select Share with more users button.

• Fill the Name, E-mail, Write permission and the Filters for the new users and then click the Ok button;

Delete a share

• Select the Share dashboards option from the Menu (Sidebar) in the Main Page;

• In the Shared dashboards list, select the dashboard share you want to remove, choose the Delete option and confirm it;
