What is TaticView?
TaticView is an online service that allows you to quickly and easily upload your spreadsheets and create beautiful and powerful dashboards using this data, without any help from technical third parties. Make better decisions by easily analyzing your consolidated information and share it with the right persons only, without the risk of having your data modified by others or loosing classified data to others.
What are dashboards?
Dashboards are graphical representations of data sets. It consolidates and arrange data through objects resulting on a beautiful graphical presentation screen. Click to see some Dashboard Examples.
Which information I need to provide to create an user account?
Your name and e-mail are the only mandatory information required for creating a user account. See Account Creation for more information.
You can only share dashboards with registered users, but you can send invitations asking others to join and see the content you want to share. For more information on sharing dashboards, see Share dashboards.
Is my data safe in TaticView?
Can someone access my data without permission?
Can I delete my data stored in TaticView anytime?
How do I change my password?
To change you password access app.taticview.com, login, select My Account option and click the Change password button.
I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?
To reset your password, access app.taticview.com, click the Forgot your password? option and follow the in screen instructions.
For how long can I use the free account?
For how long can my account stay inactive?
Free accounts or accounts that are without payment and inactive for more than 90 days may be closed after prior notice. In this case, all the information and data associated with these accounts will be permanently deleted.
How can I access TaticView?
You can access TaticView and your account and dashboards from any device or computer with a supported web browser and an internet connection.
Which Web Browsers are supported?
Currently the approved and recommended browsers, for performance and safety reasons, are as follows:
- Chrome (Desktop/Mobiles): version 77 or higher
- Firefox: version 68 or higher - Version 49 or lower blocked
- Edge: version 44 or higher
- Safari (Mac OS/iOS): Version 6 or higher
However, you can also access TaticView through other browsers. In this case, we cannot guarantee the full functioning of all application features.
Can my device or computer performance impact on TaticView usage?
Like other websites or web services, TaticView runs on its own servers and this means that almost everything is processed remotely and not in your computer or device. Although, tasks like the graphical part of dashboards executions demands some local processing capacity.
How can I get support for TaticView?

Antivirus can prevent TaticView to run ?
Yes. Antivirus can prevent TaticView to run. Stop antivirus and try again.
Bank guardians can prevent TaticView to run ?
Yes. Try to disable or try to execute in other borwser without the guardian.
I can buy credits by credit card or debit card?
It is currently possible to purchase credits using a credit card. Debit cards are not yet supported.
What happens if you do not have enough credits on monthly subscription of renewal?
If on the day of the monthly renewal of your subscription you do not have enough credits you will be downgraded to the free version in a maximum of 5 days. If you reload credits in this period everything will continue to function normally.
What happen with my remaining credits if I cancel my subscription?
Your credits will be available in your account for a future subscription. You can also transfer your credits to another user if you wish.
Can I change the configuration of the resources of my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can change your feature setting anytime for more or less. A pro-rata calculation will be made to return the partial credits and a new monthly subscription will be created. You will have to have between credits and credit refunds enough for one month of the new configuration.
I did not pay the ticket that generated. What do I do ?
No problem. If the ticket is expired, just generate a new purchase request.
I paid the ticket. I can cancel the purchase?

What is the expiration date of the Credit Purchase ticket?
The ticket will have a period of 10 days to be paid after the purchase request.
I paid the ticket but my credits were not released?

How long it takes to release my credits after purchase for ticket?
After payment will be processed and released the next business day.
What happens to my credit in the middle of the month I reduce my settings?
You will get back the unused partial credits in the previous configuration.
